A storied name in the creative worlds of editing, music production and documentary film, Deedle is a veteran creative collaborator. From his early years playing music and touring, to building and running a recording studio, to rising through the ranks to ownership of charlieunifomtango, Deedle’s creative drive has no limit.
During his 25 years at CUT, he won acclaim and awards for national brand campaigns, Super Bowl ads and feature films. Deedle produced and co-directed FILMAGE: The Story of DESCENDENTS/ALL, a documentary film about the legendary band. An international hit that The LA Times called “…an exhilarating and curiously moving punk doc…”
Embracing the independent spirit of Texas and DIY ethos of punk rock, Deedle co-founded Alpha Victor for a new era of visual story telling.

A proven leader in post-production and storytelling, James Rayburn has spent more than two decades shaping award-winning work for national brands and agencies. Starting his career in the tape room, James rose through the ranks to become Partner and later CEO of CUT, where he oversaw creative, operations, and client relationships across multiple markets.
Throughout his career, James has guided projects ranging from high-profile commercial campaigns to large-scale brand storytelling, always with a sharp creative eye and an unwavering standard for quality. Known for building strong teams and a collaborative, hands-on culture.
As co-founder of Alpha Victor, James brings that same experience, talent, and a belief that great work comes from commitment.
Jennifer Brannon
Executive Producer
As Executive Producer, Jennifer drives the production strategy and client relationships for the studio’s most high-profile projects. Drawing on years of experience in Los Angeles and Dallas, she expertly navigates the intersection of creative and fiscal reality, overseeing budgeting and execution for Broadcast TV, digital/social, visual effects, and animation.
A University of Texas at Austin alumni with B.A. in Dance and Theatre, she brings a unique artistic discipline to her leadership style, ensuring every project is delivered with both technical precision and creative flair.
Alyson Griffith
Head of Sales
Alyson Griffith serves as the Head of Sales at Alpha Victor, bringing over 30 years of experience as a veteran sales representative and talent manager. A widely recognized champion of creativity, she is described as the “ultimate people person” with an exceptional eye for talent. In addition to her leadership role at Alpha Victor, Alyson continues to operate her industry-leading talent management company, AG Represents.
Her career began on the agency side—a foundation that shaped her sharp instinct for building successful collaborations. Through her dual roles, Alyson leverages deep industry relationships, having represented a prestigious roster of production and post-production companies including Station Film, Imaginary Forces, and Treehouse Edit.
At Alpha Victor, she applies her professional philosophy of partnership to bring imagination, inspiration, and thoughtful solutions to every client relationship.
